KAP may suspend or close an account where necessary for security, safeguarding, misuse or administration of the service.
Many KAP services are designed for children and young people.
We aim to make our services safe, appropriate and easy to understand.
Some activities may require additional permission from a parent, carer, school or other responsible adult. Where this is necessary, we will explain this as part of the relevant activity or service.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
Information accessed through Google is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Please read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms of Use.
We aim to keep KAP services available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee that every service will always be available or free from errors.
We may temporarily suspend or change a service for maintenance, security, technical reasons or improvements.
Where practical, we will try to minimise disruption.
We try to keep information on the KAP website accurate and useful.
Environmental information, external links, programme information and third-party resources may change over time.
KAP cannot guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete or current.
Educational content on the website is provided for general information and learning and should not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

However, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, problems with third-party services, internet failures or misuse of the website.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
The safety and wellbeing of children and young people is important to KAP.
We may take action, restrict access or share relevant information where we reasonably believe this is necessary to address a safeguarding concern or meet a legal or safeguarding responsibility.
We may update these Terms of Use when our services, technology or legal responsibilities change.
