Action Against... Biodiversity Loss

Encouraging and supporting Environmental Education in Schools

Welcome

Kids Against Plastic are passionate about the need for schools to cover environmental issues like the biodiversity loss.

We also believe in empowering young people to be the change-makers of the now/ future.

The Action Against Biodiversity Loss award is aligned to Eco Schools and can be used to support your Green Flag application.

Three Steps to Action

Learn about the threat to natural habitats and the impact this can have on wildlife.

Investigate how biodiverse your school grounds are and make a plan that will increase biodiversity.

Act

Take action to increase the biodiversity of your school grounds by implementing your action plan..

Get Started

Getting started couldn’t be simpler.

No registration or sign up is needed to start your journey to increase biodiversity in your school environment. Simply get started on completing Step 1 Inspire, Step 2 Investigate and Step 3 Act.

When you've finished

When you’ve completed all three steps, complete the form to submit your evidence. It will only take about five minutes. On receipt of your form we will celebrate your action and send you a digital certificate and sticker (for your school website or personal CV).

Aims
